Conclusion of our Erasmus+ Mobility Project

After several months of intense collaboration and learning, we are proud to announce the successful completion of our Erasmus+ Mobility Project in partnership with Inercia Digital. The aim of this project was to develop innovative educational approaches and provide practical experiences in sustainability, entrepreneurship, and process innovation. Throughout the project, the personal and professional growth of our participants was a key focus.

From January 2023 to June 2024, we had the opportunity to acquire valuable digital skills and experience through training sessions in Huelva, Spain. Inercia Digital offered us a creative and entrepreneurial environment that fostered critical thinking and practical application — skills that we were able to directly integrate into our work at Integrity.Earth.

At the heart of the project were various workshops and training sessions aimed at expanding digital skills and entrepreneurial knowledge. The combination of theoretical content and hands-on activities allowed participants to immediately apply what they learned.

Personal Growth and Testimonials

We are particularly proud of the personal stories that emerged during the project. Six participant reports reflect the positive changes this mobility program brought, both professionally and personally. Some participants shared how the project boosted their confidence, while others explored new career opportunities. We invite you to check out their testimonials here on our blog.

A Big Thank You

We would like to express our gratitude to our partner organisation Intercia Digital, AIBA, and especially the participants. Without your involvement and dedication, this project would not have been the success it was.

This project has shown us the importance of international collaboration in developing innovative and sustainable solutions. We are excited to apply the knowledge gained in future projects and to continue working towards a sustainable future
